Located at the DC in Derrimut Melbourne VIC

The Warehouse Team Leader will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring our warehouse personnel to achieve their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position isnt just about supervising a teamits about setting clear expectations providing constructive feedback and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. You will be the goto person for both daily operations and administrative tasks ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly efficiently and in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead motivate and manage a team of warehouse staff ensuring that individual and team KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Hold team members accountable for their performance providing regular coaching feedback and support.
• Coordinate and streamline warehouse operations including shipping receiving inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Oversee administrative duties such as scheduling reporting and data management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency accuracy and productivity.
• Foster a positive respectful and safetyoriented work culture.
