Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of QC and Training to lead and optimize our quality control and training operations. This role involves driving excellence through continuous process improvements ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a highperforming team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Quality Control and Training teams setting objectives and guiding their daily operations.
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and internal KPIs.
- Evaluate training programs and quality processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to enhance service delivery.
- Analyze performance trends prepare detailed reports and present actionable insights.
- Manage team recruitment onboarding and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate across departments to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
- Address complex cases ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Quality Management Educational Training or related fields (Masters preferred).
- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Certifications: Relevant credentials in quality management training or leadership (e.g. ISO 9001 Certified Trainer).
- Experience:
- Significant experience in quality control training and leadership.
- Proven ability to manage QC and Training teams ideally within iGaming or similar industries.
- Skills:
- Expertise in quality standards training methodologies and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership team management and strategic planning abilities.
- Resilience adaptability and problemsolving in dynamic environments.
