BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM ASSISTANT
MISSION:
You will contribute to the growth of the company by providing administrative and organizational support in renewable energy projects.You will be part of the Business Development Spains Team and will report to the country head of Business Development.
TASKS:
Administrative assistance: writing emails drafting memos and preparing communications
Carry out communication with the Administration
Maining accurate records.
Meetings organization: schedule send reminders and organizing events.
Managing the teamss calendar
Support on renewable energy projects
Minor accountancy duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a Team Assistant preferably in an engineers team.
Language Skills: Proficiency english level (C2) and a native spanish level. This will be tested during the interview.
Profile: communicational organizational and stakeholder managements skills.
Desirable: Knowledge/Experience on Energy Development Processes.
