Job Description

About the department:

The Technical Sales department is responsible for managing technical communications with customers ensuring internal alignment to meet customer requirements (including delivery quality and service) and maintaining strong longterm customer relationships.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for DACH customer requirements clarification and delivery of electric bus projects ensure adherence to predefined timelines budgets and quality standards of all DACH projects;
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously collaborating with intercontinental crossfunctional teams and B2B customers;
  • Establish strong relationships with external partners consultants vendors and regulatory authorities;
  • Follow up customer major complaint issues and coordinate the resolutions and track customer satisfaction;
  • Work closely together with the Technical Sales Team in China to ensure optimal collaboration between the Chinese and EU Technical Sales Teams.

Key qualifications:

  • 510 years experience as a Project Management or similar role with proven successful records of managing multiple projects/customers of varying sizes;
  • Solid knowledge of the automotive preferably the eBus market;
  • Strong and effective written verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and German; Other languages are an advantage;
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to organizational problem solving;
  • Bachelors degree in electrical or electronics engineering;
  • Indepth understanding of circuit diagrams;
  • Must be teamoriented possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
  • Ability to travel 40%
  • Drivers license
