Job Description
Are you ready to take on a leadership role in our IT Department We are looking for an experienced and innovative IT Manager to join our company and lead our information technology operations with passion and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and oversee IT systems including firewalls routers servers and storage solutions.
- Configure and resolve issues with network devices VLANs routing protocols and VPNs.
- Manage services such as DHCP DNS and load balancing while optimizing network performance and scalability.
- Monitor and maintain server performance (Windows/Linux) backups disaster recovery plans and data integrity.
- Implement and enforce security measures including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Lead IT teams ensure continuous system availability and handle incident response processes.
- Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects managing associated budgets and resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level) for both written and verbal communication.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in managing firewalls routers switches and servers.
- Advanced understanding of routing protocols (BGP OSPF) NAT VLANs and network security.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
- Experience with Linux operating systems.
- Proven track record of managing 24/7 IT support environments.
- Strong leadership communication and project management capabilities.
- Additional certifications such as CISSP Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or ITIL Foundation are an advantage.
