KeyResponsibilities:
Cultivate client relationships through regular phone calls and visits
Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
Create estimate in response toRFPs
Design contracts aligning with client expectation
Serve as a liaison between the client and project team
Finalize sales involving relevant colleagues when necessary
Verify that project estimates accurately reflect the required information products and quantities and include any requested changes from the customer
Create and deliver job schedules budgets and materials lists to the appropriate team members and clients
Engage in industry events and tradeshows
Utilize networking opportunities to expand and strengthen professional connections and foster potential business relationships and opportunities
Outlining scope of work
Requirements:
5 years B2B commercial sales experience (preferred)
Construction background/estimating (preferred)
Bachelors degree (preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal/written skills to include proofreading and basic math skills
