The role
As the Content and Communications Manager you will own the endtoend communication strategy for our brand spanning social media public relations and strategic messaging for both B2B and B2C audiences. Reporting directly to our CEO youll craft compelling narratives that align with our vision and drive engagement across multiple channels. This role is perfect for a selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can operate effectively as a oneperson communications powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic communications:develop and execute a cohesive communications strategy that aligns with the companys goals and resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Content creation:craft highquality engaging content for a variety of channels including blog posts social media newsletters press releases and internal communications.
- Brand management:ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints refining our voice and positioning to stand out in the marketplace.
- Social media management:own our social media presence creating and scheduling posts engaging with followers and analyzing performance to optimize growth and engagement.
- Public Relations:build and maintain relationships with media outlets draft press materials and manage proactive and reactive PR efforts to enhance our brand visibility.
- Stakeholder collaboration:work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment on messaging and support crossfunctional teams with communication needs.
- Analytics and reporting:track and analyze communication metrics to measure success and refine strategies based on datadriven insights.
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Journalism or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in content creation communications or public relations ideally in a technologydriven environment.
- Proven ability to craft and execute successful B2B and B2C communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing skills in Englishwith a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and analytics tools.
- Experience with media relations and managing PR campaigns.
- Selfmotivated and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and leadership.

- Based in the Netherlands (we wont relocate from overseas for this role).
