The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our North America team. As a BDR you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and engaging potential clients. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to generate and qualify leads contributing to a robust sales pipeline.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth strategy building a strong sales pipeline and connecting with prospective clients to expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation
    Research and identify potential clients through various channels including inbound inquiries outbound prospecting social media industry events marketingled campaigns and other sourcing databases.

  • Cold and Warm Outreach
    Use welldefined cadences via email phone calls and social selling to initiate contact with prospects.

  • Qualifying Leads
    Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs challenges and goals.
    Assess whether the prospect is a good fit for the companys solutions.

  • Pipeline Development
    Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointmentsetting goals.

  • Schedule Demos/Meetings
    Successfully convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings with Sales or Account Executives for solution demonstrations.

  • CRM Management
    Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads prospects and activities in the CRM system (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
    Track progress and report on key metrics.

  • Collaboration
    Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
    Share insights and provide feedback on prospect conversations to refine strategies.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role within a SaaS company.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets and quotas in a sales environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot LinkedIn and other sales technologies to prospect and manage leads.

  • Proficiency in using sales automation tools and outreach software such as Outreach SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams to meet targets and deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Location: MA
