Job Title: Associate Director Org Design Lead
Job Summary: The Org Design Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive career tracks roles skill matrices key role outcomes and other role attributes. This role involves managing and maintaining the Global Jobs Catalog and collaborating with business and HR leadership to identify and design new jobs. Additionally the Org Design Lead will oversee the Cognizant Career Architecture (CCA) initiative ensuring that all employees are tagged to clearly defined roles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Career Track Development: Design and develop detailed career tracks roles skill matrices key role outcomes and other role attributes to support employee growth and organizational needs.
- Global Jobs Catalog Management: Manage and maintain the Global Jobs Catalog ensuring it is current and accurately reflects the evolving needs of the organization.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with business and HR leadership to identify and design new jobs that align with the company's strategic goals and future workforce requirements.
- CCA Initiative Oversight: Oversee the Cognizant Career Architecture (CCA) initiative ensuring all employees are tagged to clearly defined roles and that the initiative is effectively implemented across the organization.
- CrossDepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the CCA initiative addressing any challenges that arise.
- Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to HR and business leaders on job design career architecture and related matters ensuring best practices are followed.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the career architecture framework to ensure it meets the changing needs of the organization and its employees.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to educate HR and business leaders on the principles and practices of effective job design and career architecture.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all job design and career architecture activities comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience Needed:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR within a multinational company preferably in the Technology Services space.
- Career Architecture Experience: Proven experience in working on career architecture and related aspects including job design skill matrices and career pathing.
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in HR: Graduates from tier 1 or tier 2 business schools with an MBA in Human Resources are preferred.
Certification(s) Required: Any org/career design related certifications preferred
