Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Rails Frontend Engineer (Hotwire/Stimulus/Turbo) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CTO and engineering team to scope and build features in an agile environment.
- Review the UX/UI of existing features as well as the underlying data and help identify improvements/overhauls to deliver the best interactive user experience.
- Sketch/prototype your designs then get them to production.
- Make sure we re meeting our timeline goals.
Requirements
- Several years of experience working on productiongrade web applications.
- Commercial experience working with Ruby on Rails with Hotwire and the general RoR workflow to prototype and implement ideas quickly.
- Experience/interest in using Stimulus is required (in a professional environment would be great but ability to get up and running with it is very important).
- Expert knowledge of frontend technologies and frameworks.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
