Job Description
Job Title: Accounts Executive
About company: It is one of Gujarats leading solar EPC companies with a proven track record of over 5000 projects and a robust portfolio of 15 MW solar installations. We are committed to driving the renewable energy transition with innovative and sustainable solutions.
Position Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and dynamic Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle daytoday accounting operations ensure compliance with financial regulations and support financial planning and analysis to strengthen our operations.
Salary: 25K to 35K
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Accounting Operations:
o Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
o Process invoices payments and expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
o Manage petty cash transactions.
2. Banking and Reconciliation:
o Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
o Monitor bank transactions and maintain records.
3. Taxation and Compliance:
o Ensure accurate GST TDS and other statutory compliances.
o Prepare and file returns in a timely manner.
o Assist in audits by providing required documents and clarifications.
4. Financial Reporting:
o Assist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
o Generate management reports for decisionmaking.
5. Coordination:
o Collaborate with the procurement and operations teams to ensure accurate tracking of project expenses.
o Liaise with external auditors consultants and regulatory authorities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
2 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Experience in the solar or construction industry is a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST TDS and other Indian taxation rules.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
