Role Overview:
A leading UK based financial recruitment firm specialising in placing toptier financial professionals in roles ranging from Management Accountant to CFO level is seeking an Account Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients developing a robust pipeline of opportunities and driving the growth of our financial recruitment business.
You will work with warm prospects and play a crucial role in expanding our client base and filling live vacancies with highquality candidates.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development and/ or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Selfmotivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling Warm Prospects:
- Engage with over 200 new prospects each month.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with potential clients sourced from various channels.
- Understand the recruitment needs of each prospect and position
services effectively.
Generating a Pipeline:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent flow of prospects through effective relationshipbuilding and followup strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to recruitment.
Processing Calls:
- Convert prospect calls into actionable followups or live vacancies.
- Accurately document call outcomes and maintain uptodate records in our CRM system.
- Schedule followup meetings and ensure continuous engagement with potential clients.
Client Management:
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
