What Youll Shine At

As an Outbound Sales Representative you ll take charge of transforming leads into valuable connections. Engage potential customers introduce innovative solar energy solutions and pave the way for our South Australia sales team to close deals.

The Solar Summary

Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Mon Fri (SemiFlexi)
Work Setup: Hybrid Ortigas (2 3 days onsite)

Tasks That Energize Success
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.
  • Introduce and explain solar energy products and services to customers.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as homeownership and interest in solar solutions.
  • Schedule appointments for the South Australia sales team.
  • Record customer interactions and update lead details in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made leads qualified and appointments set.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage objections and stay motivated under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn about renewable energy solutions and products.
