Job Description
This Senior Accountant position offers a dynamic and essential role within the food and beverage industry. You ll take charge of weekly financial tasks like preparing checks and ACH runs managing sales tax payments running payroll across multiple entities and calculating sales commissions. If you have FMCG Quickbooks and endtoend US Accounting experience then we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: Finance Flavors Await!
- Manage all sales tax payments
- Prepare weekly check and ACH runs
- Run payroll for nine entities and calculate sales commissions
- Handle all A/R payments deductions and collections
- Oversee insurance policies and payments including workers comp and health insurance
- Manage government paperwork such as licenses and vehicle taxes
- Perform American Express and Amazon account reconciliations and payments
- Conduct preliminary monthly closing for all shops for controller review
- Support the controller on various special projects
Requirements
Qualifications Needed: Ingredients for Success!
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting
- FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods experience
- 3 years of QuickBooks experience ideally QuickBooks Desktop
- 23 years of relevant experience with endtoend US accounting
- Prior experience in USbased food beverage or consumer products industry
- Familiarity with the listed responsibilities
- Detailoriented and organized
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problemsolving mindset
- Eager to learn grow and advance
- Positive and proactive attitude
