What we are looking for / tasks associated with the position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead to oversee our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Azure Cloud Azure DevOps and a strong background in C# development. As Technical Team Lead you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team ensuring highquality deliverables and driving innovation within the organization.
Must have:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
Strong programming skills in C#. Knowledge in React is a plus.
Strong understanding of data modeling principles and database design techniques.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database management systems (e.g. SQL Server CosmosDB MongoDB).
Experience with cloudnative architectures microservices and containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented mindset.

Nice to have:
Proficiency in industryspecific financial systems and regulatory requirements.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
