About the Role
As a Tech Lead at Magic Beans you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team towards successful cloud adoption projects for our clients. You will be a technical expert a mentor and a leader driving innovation and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:
- Provide indepth technical guidance and support to project teams on complex cloud challenges.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for clients addressing their technical inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct technical assessments and gap analyses to identify and recommend optimal cloud solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies industry trends and best practices.
Project Leadership:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of cloud solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering their technical growth and development.
- Oversee the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams (e.g. project managers consultants engineers) to ensure project success.
Client Engagement:
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional technical expertise and communication.
- Proactively identify and address potential client concerns and challenges.
Knowledge Sharing & Innovation:
- Lead the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge repositories and best practices documentation.
- Contribute to the development of innovative cloud solutions and methodologies.
- Actively participate in industry events conferences and communities to stay informed and network.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead Senior Engineer or Architect in a cloud computing environment (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for cloud computing and a continuous drive for learning.
Language Skills
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- We value other language knowledge like Spanish French and/or Dutch (spoken and written).
