You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Admin who is proficient in German and English with a comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes.
Requirements:
Support recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Maintain uptodate and accurate candidate records.
Application system management
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
Carrying out telephone interviews
Facilitate communication between candidates recruitment specialists and HR management.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and Swiss employment laws.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Handle recruitmentrelated queries and provide timely assistance.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role preferably within a large organization.
Fluency in German and English.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes.
Experience working remotely and managing recruitment tasks efficiently.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
