Job Description

We are hiring for a Senior Scrum Master in Vancouver British Columbia Canada. Please find the job description below. It is a fulltime position with 100% remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Impact: Leverage your comprehensive knowledge of software delivery to impact the business positively and drive agile transformations across multiple teams.
  • CrossFunctional Partnership: Collaborate with department heads functional managers and team leaders to ensure teams align with strategic goals and continuously improve their processes.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Utilize your skills in product strategy crossfunctional design road mapping delivery planning dependency management defect tracking Scrum Kanban and other agile disciplines to guide teams toward increased agility
  • DataDriven Decisions: Employ a datacentered approach to assess team performance provide insights and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in Agile Coaching or related roles
  • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum Product Management Program Management and Software Development Methods.
  • Experience with Data Science Analytics and Research roles and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in curating workshop materials and documentation using tools like Confluence and others
  • Exceptional communication facilitation and influencing skills
  • Advanced skills in JIRA configuration and reporting
  • Proven ability to identify improvement areas within programs projects and scrum teams and to lead incremental improvements
  • Ability to unify diverse perspectives and ideas driving collaborative solutions
  • Experience working across international cultures is a plus
  • Expert interpretation of agility and software quality engineering (SQE) related metrics
  • Good to have: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
