Job Title: Head of Operations Dry Food Manufacturing
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to oversee and manage the manufacturing operations of our dry food products. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes maintain highquality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely and highquality production.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of production managers and staff.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Food Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes quality control and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems.
