Job Description
Head of Project Management / Project Manager
What Youll Do:
1. Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and costeffective project delivery.
3. Oversee contractor(s) performance site inspections quality control and adherence to safety regulations
4. Drive sustainability and excellence in every project.
What Were Looking For:
1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in managing construction projects with experience in highrise development would be an added advantage.
3. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
Other key requirements:
1. Someone with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience who has gone through the full cycle of highrise development ideally in their 30s.
2. Malaysian candidate.
3. An individual who can be handson.
4. Versatile in managing different stakeholders.
5. High mobility (role is base in Phnom Penh).
