Job Description

Key Deliverables
- Daily communicate with customers and service providers with provision of exceptional customer services in mind
- Timely and accuracy data entry into Expeditors systems
- Checking and verifying shipping documentations and store into Expeditors Document Image system.
- Preparing and issuing required documents to customers.
- Participate in the creation of valueadded solutions for customers logistics needs including supporting department for process improvement and cost reduction
- Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and updating Expeditors Product and Service knowledge
- Take on additional assignments as required supporting company needs
Qualifications :
Delivered SkillSets and Characteristics
- Oral and written proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
- Sense of urgency for goal achievement
- Selfmotivated with ability to work in a fastpaced and constantly changing environment
- Timeliness and accountability for results
