Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information order issues and technical problems.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate more complex issues when needed.
- Provide clear helpful solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and good English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts from Monday to Friday including bank holidays.
- Must be available to work onsite in Lisbon.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (rotational shifts).
- Days Off: Weekends.
