Work model: Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Manage and plan sales strategies and set achievable goals ensuring that targets are met by the sales team.
Oversee and enhance the sales funnel and forecast management identifying business closure opportunities.
Gather market indicators and open new sales channels when results fall below expectations.
Define salesboosting actions and campaigns.
Prospect new markets and establish relationships with distributors.
Conduct and accompany customer visits for product demonstrations project implementations and negotiations.
Participate in trade shows and identify potential fairs and events in the target region or market.
Musthaves:
Proven experience in commercial management preferably within the technology or textile industries.
Previous leadership experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Italian and advanced English.
Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
Nicetohaves:
- Experience with SaaS sales or software solutions in a B2B environment. Knowledge of the textile or fashion industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
- Additional language skills especially in Spanish or Portuguese.
