Job Summary

1. Respond to user inquiries with high quality speed empathy and accuracy.
2. Become and remain knowledgeable about products and community standards.
Qualifications
1. EU Citizenship or Bulgarian work permit.
2. Minimum German (B2) or Polish (B2) or Portuguese (B2) English (B2)
3. Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
5. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
6. Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
7. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in using computers and software applications.
Benefits:
