Job Description: SAP HCM Resource 8 years of experience
Experience: 812 years of experience in Support and SAP HCM implementation and
configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP HCM Module Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of
SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational
Management (OM) Time Management (TM) Payroll and Benefits.
2. System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP HCM modules based
on business requirements ensuring the system meets the organizations
needs.
3. Process Optimization: Analyse current HR processes and workflows and
recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using
SAP HCM functionalities.
4. Data Management: Oversee data migration data integrity and data
maintenance activities within SAP HCM ensuring accurate and uptodate
information.
5. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
for SAP HCMrelated issues including user support system errors and data
discrepancies.
6. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules and thirdparty systems to
ensure seamless integration and data flow between SAP HCM and other
business systems.
7. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for endusers and create detailed documentation for system configurations
processes and best practices.
8. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory
requirements related to HR processes and generate reports and analytics to
support decisionmaking.
9. Project Management: Manage SAP HCM projects including planning
resource allocation risk management and stakeholder communication.
10.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SAP HCM updates trends and best
practices to continuously improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Human Resources or a related field.
SAP HCM certification is highly preferred.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM modules including PA OM TM
Payroll and Benefits. Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP Fiori is a
plus.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and
resolve system issues.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
interact with endusers stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
5. Project Management: Experience in managing SAP HCM projects including
planning execution delivery and implementation experience for 2 projects.
6. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure data
accuracy and system integrity. 7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt
to changing priorities.
8. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of HR compliance requirements and
regulations including data privacy and security
