Job Description:
- List and update products on various ecommerce platforms (e.g. Lazada Shopee Amazon etc.).
- Write compelling product descriptions optimize listings with SEO keywords and upload highquality images.
- Monitor and analyze product performance including sales trends and customer feedback.
- Assist in creating and executing online marketing campaigns to promote products and drive traffic to ecommerce platforms.
- Manage social media platforms by posting engaging content and responding to queries.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop promotional materials such as banners posters and newsletters.
- Pack parcels for shipping ensuring products are securely packaged and labeled accurately.
- Coordinate with courier services to arrange timely deliveries and resolve any shipping issues.
- Maintain an organized inventory of packing materials and report stock levels for replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries related to product listings orders and shipping via email chat or phone.
- Keep records of shipments invoices and order details for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the ecommerce inventory system.
Job Requirements:
- A passion for marketing
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in any field
- Has own transportation
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English
