Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative role (13 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technically savvy will be considered an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor key operational metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Identify gaps in current processes and implement improvements to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors clients and other stakeholders.
- Handle contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.
- Address operational challenges proactively and ensure quick resolution.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
