We are looking to hire an Executive/ Senior Executive for Sales & Marketing for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years work experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
- Successful completion of GCE (A/L) & GCE (O/L).
- Between 22 to 35 male/female
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in Gensoft is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with team members clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Collaborate in a FastPaced Environment: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to brainstorm ideas solve problems and ensure project milestones are met within designated timelines.
- Execute Tasks with Precision: Pay close attention to detail while executing tasks to ensure accuracy and maintain highquality standards throughout project execution.
- ProblemSolving Abilities: Proactively identify challenges and obstacles that may arise during project execution and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.
- Utilize Gensoft Proficiency: Leverage proficiency in Gensoft software to streamline processes manage data effectively and optimize workflow efficiency where applicable.
- Adhere to Job Requirements and Standards: Ensure compliance with job requirements industry standards and organizational policies and procedures while executing tasks and projects.
- Contribute to Team Success: Actively participate in team meetings share insights and contribute ideas to enhance team collaboration and achieve collective goals.
