Job Description
- Will provide inbound and outbound telephonic and SMS texting support
- Will handle general inquiries simple triage and basic customer service
- Will provide Participantselected services as stated by the enrollment form
- Will provide Transition related Services to Participants (Appendix A)
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
- Customer service experience or customer serviceoriented skills such as empathy active listening and resolutionminded aptitude
- Ability to multitask think critically and problem solve to address customer needs and barriers to product fulfillment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a highenergy and fast paced environment
- Empathetic and patient focused approach
- High attention to detail diligence and reliability
Qualifications & Desired Skills
- Experience: 1 year and above
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
Skills
- At least 1year experience in BPO handling Health Care
- Good Communication Skills
- Can Start Asap
- Willing to work in Pasig
