Position Overview:
Join a dynamic team in Naperville IL as an Operations & Customer Service Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the energy sector while developing valuable skills in customer service and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer payments and manage billing inquiries
Handle service activation and deactivation requests
Manage customer communications and voicemail responses
Process renewal agreements and customer enrollments
Conduct collections activities and negotiate payment plans
Support postdeal processing and documentation
Required Qualifications:
Strong customer service background
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detailoriented with multitasking abilities
Experience with payment processing systems
Collections experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
