Job Description
The ideal candidate will excel in both hunting for new business and managing established accounts demonstrating an adeptness in creating their own book of business. This position calls for a driven individual who can efficiently set up appointments meet with clients in a consultative capacity and identify client needs through both phone and facetoface interactions.
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
- Focus on selling the companys products and business solution services.
- Actively cold call and prospect for new business while managing existing accounts.
- Create and develop your own book of business.
- Set up appointments and meet with clients to identify needs and offer solutions.
- Balance the role with 60% account management and 40% new business hunting.
- Maintain a disciplined sales style with a focus on consultative selling.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in cold calling and developing new business.
- Selfmotivated and moneymotivated with a strong work ethic.
- Disciplined sales approach and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage clients effectively in both phone and facetoface meetings.
