- Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an Admin Assistant to be part of our growing support team. Our client base has grown exponentially and we have extended our global footprint in over 100 countries which has already been recognized by reputable institutions across the globe.
As an Admin Assistant you are expected to assist in various administrative activities that will help the Project Manager and project team members focus on their tasks. You must possess strong communication skills required to interact with people in different job functions in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Compile artefacts/ data / statistic / documents / information in an organized manner as required (e.g. copying daily report email content to the daily report spreadsheet).
- Help in the onboarding of new team members. (Equipments access and accounts requests onboarding and including offboarding)
- Creating Webex sessions for SE team weekly meetings and client meetings and update Support Wiki every Monday morning
- Assist in project coordination and tracking of tasks including followup with other stakeholders to provide requests on time on a regular basis (e.g. updating Admin and Managers of the changes in the support roster and allocations)
- Monitor issues and help ensure that the teams investigation and resolution are provided and tracked to closure.
- Render general administrative support (e.g. maintenance of planning calendar help with TBA preparation etc)
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree holder in any course
- Flexible willing to work on various administrative tasks.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organization monitoring and coordination skills
- Focused and detail oriented.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools & technologies.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- Can render overtime when needed.
