Are you passionate about customer service and working in a dynamic environment with one of the most iconic brands in the world If you are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English this is your opportunity to join the Disney theme park team in Barcelona.
Tasks
What you will do:
You will handle incoming customer calls via phone email chat and other platforms.
You will resolve customer inquiries and needs quickly efficiently and professionally.
You will offer personalized solutions to meet user needs.
You will maintain constant communication with customers ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
You will proactively work to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if:
You have a Native level of Dutch.
You have Fluent in English.
You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You are able to work on rotation shifts.
You are able to start in January 2025.

Salary: 22000 per year bonus of up to 2000.
