Job Description
- Technical knowledge of MIG/MAG Welding & Spot Welding.
- Can prepare implement and maintain quality systems as per SMG/MSIL requirements.
- Can do product and process audits.
- Customer handling and customer support (SMG/MSIL)
- Knowledge of process (stamping – progressive stamping preferred robotic MIG welding)
- Good communication skill.
- Knowledge about core tools (SPCMSAAPQPPPAP FMEA)
- Good problem analysis approach (case studies based assessment)
- Intelligence level
- Management skills
- QMS – IATF 16949 ISO 14001 ISO 45001
- Experience – min 8 years in quality in automobile industry (Sheet metal experience preferred of Chessis)
- Know how of 3D cad 2D (AutoCAD)
- Knowledge and experience of 7 Qc tools SES PPT presentation JIS etc.
