Job Description
Quality Assurance
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to quality standards for welding processes.
- Conduct inspections and audits for manual and robotic welding processes.
- Develop and update welding quality assurance procedures and documentation.
Robotic Welding
- Manage robotic welding operations including programming troubleshooting and optimization.
- Ensure efficient integration of robotic systems with quality standards.
- Analyze robotic welding defects and implement corrective actions.
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in welding processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to reduce defects and achieve process excellence.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949 IATF 16949 or other relevant automotive industry standards.
- Maintain records for regulatory and client audits.
Team Coordination
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and welding processes.
- Coordinate with the design production and maintenance teams to resolve weldingrelated issues.
