Job Description
Were looking for a Technical Architect with deep expertise in D365 Marketing module to join our team on a remote opportunity. This is an exciting project with Infosys as the implementation partner and a leading end client (details to be disclosed).
Position: Technical Architect (D365 Marketing module)
Location: Remote
Duration: 8 Months (Possibilities for Extension)
End Client: To be disclosed
Implementation Partner: Infosys
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of solutions for mass customer communication using Customer Insights and Marketing Automation
- Design and implement integration solutions for Twilio SendGrid email communications and more within the D365 Marketing module
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and design the best technical solutions for implementation
- Provide expert guidance on D365 Marketing capabilities and integration options
Required Experience:
- 12 years of experience in D365 CRM Marketing module and Power Platform
- Strong experience with customer insights and marketing automation solutions
- Indepth working knowledge of D365 Marketing with experience in Twilio SendGrid and email communication integrations
- Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to design optimal solutions
