Job Description
Open Position: HR Manager (Reputable Company)
A Reputable company with presence across Malaysia is currently hiring a HR Manager to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
- Possess Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Psychology or etc
- More than 5 years of HR management covering HR Operations Payroll Recruitment with more than 4 years experience in managing large number of employees (Executive & NonExecutive Levels)
- Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures to align with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations issues conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other employee perks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in HRMS related App covering Annual Leave/Medical Leave Application Performance Appraisal and etc.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
