Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Engagement: Build strong relationships with businesses understand their communication challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales Goal Management: Plan and achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets using proven strategies.
- Product Expertise: Stay uptodate with MyOperator s product features and confidently present them to clients.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze client requirements and offer solutions that optimize their communication systems.
- Market Insights: Track industry trends and share valuable feedback with the team to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in sales or relevant internship experience (B2B experience is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivation & Drive: A selfstarter with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment.
- Tech Awareness: Basic familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).
- Location : Must be willing to work from our Noida Sector 2 office.
