Job Description

Are you a passionate and ambitious individual with a knack for connecting with people and closing deals We re on the lookout for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Delhi NCR. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment where your efforts directly contribute to the success of our clients.
Whether youre a fresh graduate with relevant internship experience or have at least 6 months of sales experience this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition & Engagement: Build strong relationships with businesses understand their communication challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Sales Goal Management: Plan and achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets using proven strategies.
  • Product Expertise: Stay uptodate with MyOperator s product features and confidently present them to clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze client requirements and offer solutions that optimize their communication systems.
  • Market Insights: Track industry trends and share valuable feedback with the team to improve sales strategies.



Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in sales or relevant internship experience (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation & Drive: A selfstarter with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a targetdriven environment.
  • Tech Awareness: Basic familiarity with CRM tools (training provided).
  • Location : Must be willing to work from our Noida Sector 2 office.
