About Frito Lay: Frito Lay is the premier snack company in the world known for beloved brands like Lay s Doritos and Tostitos. In our Virginia Beach VA / Richmond VA facility we have a robust veteran presence and you will be working closely with a District Manager who has 20 years of experience and leads the Valor community in the zone. Frito Lay is dedicated to empowering military talent through meaningful career pathways.
- Deliver Frito Lay products to various store locations.
- Build relationships with store managers to increase sales and display opportunities.
- Manage product inventory and ensure timely restocking.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Follow a set route schedule and meet delivery deadlines.
- Work a flexible schedule starting between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. including occasional overnights.
Requirements
- Ability to work a 50hour workweek with occasional travel and overnight stays.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 3 violations).
- Must pass a DOT drug test physical and background check.

Eligibility: Open to all transitioning active-duty U.S. service members (officer and enlisted) from any branch, with at least 90 days of service remaining. Approval from your unit or command is required. Required Skills/Abilities: 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably leading frontline teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver s license and a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically and work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
