HEROIC Cybersecurity (HEROIC.com) is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Administrator to oversee and optimize HEROIC s SecurityFocused Enterprise IT Services for clients in and around the Watsonville area. As the IT Service Delivery Supervisor you will lead daily IT operations for assigned clients ensuring efficient reliable and secure technology systems. This handson role combines technical expertise leadership skills and a proactive problemsolving mindset to manage IT staff monitor performance implement policies and troubleshoot complex challenges.

Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily IT fulfillment and operations for client sites to ensure system availability reliability security and scalability.
- Lead and mentor the IT operations team that you manage providing direction training and performance evaluations to drive excellence.
- Establish manage and continuously evolve SLAs KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics aligned with business goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT operational matters ensuring clear and timely communication with clients and all stakeholders.
Infrastructure Management
- Architect implement and support short and longterm infrastructure strategies for HEROIC s SecurityFocused Enterprise IT Services clients.
- Manage and optimize client infrastructure including computer equipment networking data centers databases and other technologies.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations including HIPAA CCPA GDPR and SOC standards.
Security & Compliance
- Conduct periodic security audits and enforce security controls to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with leadership and auditors to maintain compliance with relevant privacy and security laws.
Collaboration & Vendor Management
- Liaise with thirdparty vendors and service providers to procure quality IT solutions and support services.
- Work with internal leadership teams to understand document and resolve technical and operational barriers through technology and process improvements.
Policy Development & Enforcement
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with industry standards and organizational objectives.
- Continuously assess and update processes to improve efficiency security and user experience.
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 58 years of experience deploying and supporting cloudbased applications and infrastructure.
- Expertise in:
Microsoft Windows Servers Active Directory Linux
SCCM enterprise networking virtualization and storage technologies
Endpoint management and computer imaging systems - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulations
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring IT teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Strong project management and task prioritization skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Analytical and problemsolving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- This position requires daily onsite work or travel to Watsonville California; therefore candidates residing within 30 miles of Watsonville will be given priority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcarerelated IT experience is highly advantageous.
- Certifications in IT and/or Cybersecurity operations (e.g. ITIL CompTIA Microsoft etc).
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
