This position will be responsible for delighting clients around Asia Pacific through delivering retail measurement insights and analysis.
Main responsibilities include:
- Delight client stakeholders through retail measurement and consumer panel insights for a regional headquarter of a global client
- To help drive positive Net Promoter Score across the APAC region and HQ for the client
- Partner with the local NIQ market teams to elevate the customer engagement
- Contribute to regional industry and strategic thought leadership
- Collaborate on transforming the client experience with more efficiency of insights through Discover and embracing the NielsenIQ Service Model
- Support Account Development to identify revenue leads to help drive further growth
Qualifications :
- At least a Bachelors Degree preferably in business
- 5 years work experience preferably within analytics and insights or market research
- Knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Knowledge of research techniques and methodologies would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Experience managing people and developing talent
- An ability to work independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal skills are a must
- Fluent in spoken and written English
