Tasks
As a Senior Software Project Manager youll be the driving force behind clients most exciting projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking overall ownership of planning and implementing large complex software projects.
- Evaluating project ideas for feasibility profitability risks and success factors.
- Managing project deliverables timelines budgets quality and risk management.
- Supporting and motivating project teams while removing obstacles with charm and expertise.
- Building strong lasting relationships with clients and assisting with customer acquisition.
Requirements
Our client is seeking a superhero who combines experience technical knowhow and excellent people skills. Heres what makes you a great fit:
- Educational background in computer science (university technical college or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing largescale complex software projects.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (Scrum TDD etc.).
- Bonus points for expertise in Microsoft platforms like .Net Dynamics CRM/D365 or SharePoint/O365.
- Additional edge if you have certifications such as IPMA Level C or HERMES Advanced.
- Language skills: Fluent German (C2/native) and good English (B1 level).
- Ability to inspire trust support teams and customers and see the big picture with a networked mindset.
