Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for an efficient and skilled Customer Service Representative. Your role is to provide customer support to the clients respond to their queries and resolve them as soon as possible so as to maintain healthy relations with the customers. You will be in direct contact with the clients so you should have clear knowledge about products and their functions companys policies and procedures. Pleasant personality and good communication skills are the key requirements.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 03 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonlyused concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Rely on instructions and preestablished guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
