Work Schedule: Monday Tuesday Off
Shifting Schedule Wednesday to Sunday f rom 7am to 4pm Manila Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Responsibilities:
- Process Orders: Efficiently handle and process orders received through the ecommerce site ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Client Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries providing comprehensive and satisfactory resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager including but not limited to completing spreadsheets organizing lists and supporting various administrative functions.
- Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members located in Australia ensuring smooth workflow and sharing of relevant information to provide exceptional customer support.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company ensuring highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Ecommerce Experience: Previous experience working with ecommerce sites is highly advantageous as it demonstrates familiarity with online order processing customer support tools and platforms.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service preferably in a nonvoice support role. Previous experience in a similar industry or role is desirable.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling effective and professional interaction with clients and team members.
- Quick Learner: Ability to grasp complex instructions quickly and implement them accurately demonstrating attention to detail and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Client will require exclusivity and would like to hire someone without other part time or full time commitments.
