The Role:
Working as a marketing analytics dashboard analyst within the Marketing insights data and tech team this role is part of the greater Global Marketing Team. This role will help to shape the strategic vision for the use of technology and data within marketing. This role will help to shape the strategic vision for analytics within marketing. The main function of this role is to work across sales and marketing to define marketing analytics needs and work with leadership to set analytics strategy KPIs and metrics.
- Working with various teams across marketing to guide and document the analytics and reporting needs from our dashboards
- Guide marketing teams to achieve their needed insights to run the business and guide business decisions appropriately
- Supporting various marketing teams by defining strategic and user requirements helping to elicit process flow maps and assisting with development and execution of insights that help run the business.
- Use of established processes templates and tools used to be to communicate with the analytics development team to develop the desired analytics and insights
- Collaborating with technical development teams to help translate user requirements into system functionality and assist with testing.
- Developing training and user documentation and communication messages for releases.
Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 3 years field business analysis experience
- 3 years marketing experience
- 2 years collecting business needs and translating requirements to a technical audience
- Demonstrated attention to detail in a complex and demanding environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with and understanding technical concepts and solutions
- Understanding marketing campaign and account based marketing principles
- Must have the demonstrated ability to:
- Manage and effectively interact with people at various leadership levels across different business units and technical disciplines in a high pressure work environment
- Quickly learn new software tools and business processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Excel Visio and Word)
Desirable:
- Proficiency in Salesforce marketing and data cloud Cloud platforms
- Proficiency with other marketing segmentation tracking and activation tools
- Understanding of Tableau and other data visualization tools
