Job Description

Position: Breakfast Cook
Location: New Zealand

Employment Type: FullTime

One of our clients a top resort in New Zealand is seeking an experienced and reliable Breakfast Cook to join their team. The role involves managing the preparation and service of breakfast items ensuring highquality food and excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items per standard recipes and guest preferences.
  • Set up and organize the kitchen for breakfast service.
  • Maintain food quality presentation and portion standards.
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness during service.
  • Assist with kitchen cleanup and nextday preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Breakfast Cook (hotel/resort experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast culinary techniques and food safety.
  • Ability to work early mornings weekends and holidays.

Additional Information:

  • Excellent communication skills are expected.
  • Experience in Europe the Middle East and Singapore resorts/hotels preferred.


3+ years of experience as a Breakfast Cook (hotel/resort experience preferred). Strong knowledge of breakfast culinary techniques and food safety. Experience in Europe, the Middle East and Singapore resorts/hotels preferred.
