Job Description

Bagla Group is a leading manufacturer of adhesive tapes tear tapes POF shrink films BOP thermoforming films and a wide range of packaging solutions. With a global presence and a commitment to excellence we are expanding our market in the United States and are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries including FMCG pharmaceuticals and ecommerce.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers distributors and stakeholders.
  • Promote and sell the company s packaging products to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs trends and competitive products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and exhibitions to expand the companys network.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in packaging materials or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the US market with established networks in packaging or logistics sectors.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings and events.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
