  • Installation of operating systems like Windows 10/ Windows 7 using WDS/SCCM and configuration of Domain user profile in Desktops and Laptops
  • Good understanding of patch management using WSUS(Windows Server Update Services)
  • Closing the Global Service Desk tickets with proper resolution & SLA
  • Managing and Handling the Users IT related issues through Telephone Email and RDP
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Network Printers
  • Configuring MSOutlook Clients
  • Installed and provided support for the Air watch Intune mail application in android and apple devices
  • Provided support for Office 365 and joining Azure registration in desktops and laptops
  • Deploying Windows 7/ Windows 10 using WDS/SCCM and configuration of Domain user profile in Desktops and Laptops
  • Taking care of Phoenix where software s are allocated and released according to the license availability
  • Providing support for client connectivity
  • Worked in Corporate Antivirus (McAfee) Maintaining the Antivirus up to date
  • Managing and ensuring overall compliance for laptops and desktops
  • Managing Resource Allocation Management System for controlling hardware & software resources
  • Coordinated with various Internal Teams for executing Project setup and migration activities
  • Managed the Environment with SCCM for Patch Software installation and WDS for OS installation
  • Troubleshooting problems with networks and overall aspects of the applications
  • Coordinating with customer support team to resolve the issues
  • Installing & troubleshooting Project Software s on Laptops & Desktops (support center etc)
  • Supporting and managing all the client visits and senior management visits in the location
  • Supporting all the VIP users in the location
:
  • 4 years experience as a Desktop Support role and Providing desktop and laptop level solutions to end users based on the issues reported that is within the SLA using ticketing tool / remote tool ( if required )
  • Windows knowledge
  • Hardware troubleshooting knowledge
  • Test planning writing bug report and testing report
  • AD knowledge

  • Wide testing skills
  • Car related technical experience
  • Required certification :Drivers license
