Roles and Responsibilities:
FIX Clients Onboarding and Support:
Manage and perform the onboarding of clients and vendor systems using FIX connectivity and ongoing support:
- Analyze FIX specification documents and perform gap analysis for onboarding
- Plan and schedule FIX clients onboarding
- Create and execute onboarding test plans and scenarios
- Provide ongoing support for all FIX connectivity
- Maintain communication with FIX clients and vendors to provide support and responses to inquiries.
Order Management System Support:
Ensure healthy and stable operation of and provide daily support for hosted order management system:
- Incident and issue management. Respond to and troubleshoot system issues. Working with users and other teams perform root cause analysis
- Respond to user and client inquiries related to OMS
- Maintain support manuals and other documentation related to the support of the OMS
- Manage the schedule of software releases and the deployment of new software
- Manage and track issue tickets to closure

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FIX onboarding and support
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system support preferably in a leading role
- Experience and knowledge in Japanese equity markets
- Effective speaking writing and reading skills in Japanese
- Effective speaking writing and reading skills in English
Preferred:
- Experience in onboarding and supporting buyside vendor systems such as Charles River Bloomberg etc
- Scripting language such as python Unix shell script
- The following are preferred skillsets
Understanding of software development and deployment process
Understanding of realtime system architecture and infrastructure - University degree in Information Technology/System Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines
