Job Description
- Lead the origination structuring and execution of corporate proposals such as corporate and capital restructuring fundraising exercises initial public offerings mergers and acquisitions etc
- Provide comprehensive corporate advisory to clients including conducting industry research and valuing businesses and assets
- Assist in project management and coordination of engagements ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Conduct thorough due diligence pre and postinvestment to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and associates to secure ongoing business support and growth.
- Work closely with investees clients and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules are met and deliverables are of the highest quality
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field. A Master s degree or professional qualification (e.g. CFA CPA) is an advantage.
- At least 45 years of experience working in investment banking corporate finance internal or external auditing and any other related field.
- Strong understanding of financial markets corporate finance and valuation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills in market research and detailoriented in reviewing documents and verification of information.
- Experience in implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or system integrated will have added advantages
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- High level of initiative integrity and attention to detail
